) meet on Mondays only, from 5:45-9:00 p.m. Together they form a comprehensive management course on goal-setting, decision-making, and other workplace skills.

The Supervisor Certificate
is designed to develop the professional knowledge and skills of first-level managers with the goal of improving organizational effectiveness.
This program concentrates on goal setting and leadership. Like the Management Associate in Applied Sciences degree and Certificate, the Supervisor Certificate allows you to earn college credit by applying new techniques at your current job.
You don't have to stop at one. Students attaining the Management Associate can also easily achieve the Management and Supervisor certificates. The Human Resources certificate is frequently paired with a business administration degree.
